Taylor McKeown is the head freediving instructor at Diving in Paradise. Taylor is the only freediving instructor in the world who has achieved medals at the Olympics, World Championships and Commonwealth Games during her many years representing Australia in swimming. Taylor’s extensive experience in the water has gifted her with the ability to deeply educate freediving students on body position, breath hold and relaxation to optimise their performance. Her experience as a PADI freediving instructor has seen her travel the world, reaching students from across the globe, assisting them in mastering the art and science of freediving.
