Cancellation Policy: If a student is unable to make a course, 24h notice must be given. In this case, the student will be able to join another course when available. However, the student will have to pay an additional $110 to cover the cost of their space on the chartered boat, on the rescheduled course. If no/less than 24h notice is given, the course fees may be withheld and not refunded, and the student will have to book another course.
Bad Weather Policy: Unfortunately, some days the ocean doesn’t want to behave. If bad weather causes a cancellation of the dive boat, the classroom and pool session will still go ahead, with the deep dives being rescheduled to another date. In this case, students will not have to pay any additional fees, and their course will simply carry over to another date.
Minimum Booking Requirement: We hold the right to cancel a course if the minimum of 4 students per instructor is not met prior to the course date. In this case, your booking will be transferred to the next available course.
Covid-19 Cancellation Policy: We hold the right to cancel a course if Covid-19 stops the course from proceeding. In this case, we will offer a credit to use on another course.
