PADI Beginner Freediver Course
What:
Our PADI beginner freedive course is the ultimate gateway to starting your underwater adventure. This course is designed to fully equip our students with the knowledge and skills to confidently freedive in the ocean.
On the first day, our course will cover theory, a breath workshop, mediation and a confined water session (pool work). Our students will be intimately guided by our instructor and given technique feedback to further their learning and growth. In the pool, our students will attempt static breath holds and dynamic apnea.
On the second day of our course, students will hit the ocean. Once we arrive at our prestigious dive site, students will begin with work on the freediving line and float, practicing diving in a safe and supported environment. At the completion of the line diving, students will be guided by our instructor for a fun dive and snorkel at Julian Rocks.
Students who meet the PADI requirements for this course will become certified PADI freedivers.
Where/when:
Dates are confirmed collaboratively with students. Once you have booked, you will be offered a choice of dates. Courses are run over a weekend.
